A bit about me...
Many are surprised to learn that I've navigated my path to success without a college degree, challenging the common belief that higher education is a prerequisite for achievement. My journey stands as a testament that success is accessible to those from any background, driven by ambition and dedication.
My career began in the banking industry, dominated by men 30+ years ago. Contrary to my parents concerns about my social priorities in high school, this was the very trait that became my greatest asset in the sales world. Starting in a community bank, I seized every opportunity to learn, which eventually catapulted me into a significant role with a vendor serving banks. This was the launchpad for my career.
By my mid-20s, I was a six-figure earner, balancing life as a young, ambitious professional, a mother, and a wife. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to purchase and operate two Curves franchises, immersing myself in the health and wellness industry. Despite loving this venture, the economic downturn in 2018 forced a pivot back into corporate management with a Fortune 200 company, where I led a successful team of amazing professionals.
My passion for innovation and making an impactful contribution drove me to the fintech industry, where I continue to thrive today.
Throughout my journey, I've witnessed many women feeling stuck, unsure of how to advance. My experiences have not only given me a wealth of knowledge but also a deep desire to mentor and guide others.
